Tetzaveh

Parashas Tetzaveh
Exodus 27:20 – 30:10

Please Pray this
Prayer
Before reading.

In the name of Yahushua
Our Messiyah,
I pray for the Spirit of Understanding
The Spirit of Knowledge and
The Spirit of Wisdom
As I read through this Parashas

On this Shabbat of Tetzaveh, two Torah portion are read: Tetzaveh which means “you will command” and Ki Tetze “when you take”. Tetzaveh represents ABBA YAHVEH ongoing description on building the physical and spiritual Tabernacle. While Ki Tetze is called the Zachor, which means to remember.

Meaning we must remember ABBA YAHWEH ongoing desire to build a spiritual temple in the flesh of every human being.

This portion is the 20th and the 21st portion in the Torah Cycle, it is always read on the Shabbat before Purim. The story of Purim describe Haman, the Prime minister of King Achashverosh of Persia, who cast lots to establish the best way to wipe out the Yisraelites. Haman is the code word for everything negativity in our lives.

On this Shabbat of Tetzaveh, ABBA YAHVEH is asking Moses which is a form of Messiyah Yahushua to come and help us choose the consciousness of Purim, the victory over the children of darkness of the Amalek.

On the Shabbat of Tetzaveh the Holy Spirit will help to guide us between the consciousness of Purim and Amalek. The spirit of Purim is the removal of uncertainty from our lives, and Amalek is doubting.

Will we allow the certainty of Messiyah Yahushua to bring more light or will we allow the negative spirit of Amalek to bring more darkness in our lives? These are the choices available to us on this Sabbath as we prepare for Purim.

This is why, when we read the additional portion of Zachor at the end of this Torah reading of Tetzaveh, we receive special assistance from the Holy Spirit in these areas of our lives.

This is the only Sabbath of the Torah Cycle when Moses a type of Messiyah comes with a gift to help us overcome the flesh, whether we earn it or not. Messiyah gives us the ability to allow us to replace the darkness of doubt with the clarity of faith.

Tetzaveh is the only Torah Portion that does not mention Moses by name. Some people believe that this was in response to Moses request when he said “If you do not forgive them, I will have no part of your plans.” You can even erase me from YOUR Book, and in response to this challenge, the CREATOR had to erase Moses from one of the Torah Portion, and Tetzaveh is that Book.

On the Shabbat of Tetzaveh, the spirit of Moses, which is MessiYah Yahushua, opens up the gates so we can experience ultimate fulfillment. He also shows us the two things we must do to connect to this unending fulfillment during the rest of the Torah Cycle. We as believers or children of Light, we must awaken our desire to accept greater responsibility, and we must make any sacrifice necessary to lived up to the responsibility.

This Torah portion deals almost exclusively with the Kohanim, the Priest: Their selection, their vestments, and the inauguration service by means of which they and their offspring would become confirmed for all time as the special ministers of EL YAHVEH.

Having completed the commandments regarding the actual construction of the Tabernacle, the process by which perfection is attained; the Torah now turns to those who will perform the service at the different Altars, the Mighty Hand of YAHVEH, the Five Fold Ministry. It begins by teaching that the oil for the Menorah (Holy Spirit) must be absolutely pure. Without any mixture of a foreign substances or even olive sediments.

This requirement of absolute purity is a fitting prelude to the selection of Aaron and his sons as Kohanim, for they too, must remain pure and separate from the rest of the nation, in the sense that they may not permit unauthorized people to take part in the service.

Exo 27:20  "You are to order the people of Yisra'el to bring you pure oil of pounded olives for the light, and to keep the Menorah burning continually. - The commands up to now was to build the various parts of the Tabernacle, now Moses is been instructed to convey the instruction to those who would do the work, but he had no personal involvement with the task. The Tabernacle is nothing more than visible Words, as The Torah is the written Words, the Tabernacle and it contents are visible words. Every item in the Tabernacle describe a particular principle in Torah. Every principle we are told to perform, brings more light into our lives when we proform them. By proforming these principles we are in essence bring Heavens to Earth, or more light to our area of influence.

The three command:

a. The preparation of the oil;
b. The designation of the Kohim;
c. The selection of the wise and talented men who would make the vestments and build the Tabernacle.

The importance of these three commandments is that the oil represents the anointing of the seven Spirit of the Menorah. The Kohanim “Priesthood” are the living embodiment of the role of the fivefold ministry, the Mighty Hand of YAHVEH. The constructions of the vestments in which the Kohanim serve demonstrate Yisrael’s capacity to elevate human activity to a Divine level.

In the wilderness, olive tree were not available, the oil had to be bought from trading or oil that was taken during the exodus from Egypt. That oil had to be brought to Moses for his inspection, to certify that it was of the essential quality.

The oil for lighting had to be pressed rather than crushed, this oil had to be absolute pure, without any olive particles or sediment. Even though such impurities could be filtered out later on, the sense of the verse is that the oil had to be absolutely pure from the start. This oil represent the same principle of the best of the best, the first 10%.

Therefore, the oil was made by pressing each olive against each other gently, until one drop of pure oil emerged. Afterwards, the olive could be crushed and the remaining oil used for the meal offering. This oil is for Aaron and His sons to used.

Chapter  27

Exo 27:21 Aharon and his sons are to put it in the tent of meeting, outside the curtain in front of the testimony, and keep it burning from evening until morning before EL YAHVEH. This is to be a permanent regulation through all the generations of the people of Yisra'el.  - The Menorah had to remain lit only from evening until morning, but it was continual in the sense that it was kindled every single day, without exception, even on the Sabbath. Aaron and his four sons, the first example of the fivefold ministry, was to keep the Menorah in the Holy-Place lit continuously.

The Menorah was essential for anyone to operate inside the Holy Place, since there were no windows in it; the only source of light was the Light of the Menorah, as the Holy Spirit is the only source of spiritual illumination, the spirits of: wisdom, knowledge, and understanding for the believer. The arrangement of the Altars in the Tabernacle is a depiction of the Bloor that flows from the various part of Messiyah Yahushua body.

Exo 28:1  "You are to summon your brother Aharon and his sons to come from among the people of Yisra'el to you, so that they can serve ME as Cohanim - Aharon and his sons Nadav, Avihu, El'azar and Itamar. – The Shabbat of Tetzaveh begins with the CREATOR telling Moses “Ve’ata tetzaveh et benei Yisrael,” and you shall command the children of Yisrael.

The Hebrew word tetzaveh usually means command, however, in this context it is translated as giving of support. So here in this verse the CREATOR is saying to Moses, you shall come and be a part of them and give support.

Aaron and his four sons Nadav, Avihu, Elazar, and Itamar were summoned by name to be anointed as Kohanim. When we are called into ministry, we will be called by our name as these four was. This calling must be done by a reputable mature person, not someone who as been to bible school, and has a degree in theology.

There are different service perform by the Priest, at the different Altar, every principle must be done at the appropriate Altar. Justification must be done at the Brazen Altar, deliverance must be done at the Laver; and Praise and worship must be done at the Altar of Burn Offering.

Exo 28:2 You are to make for your brother Aharon garments set apart for serving ABBA YAHVEH, expressing dignity and splendor. - Moses not Aaron was to make the High Priest garment, let someone else praise you and not your self. You may also say, that let someone else call you to ministry, not you call your self. Let someone else elevate you to the Priesthood, not self proclamation.
The garments of the Priest were to symbolize the grander of the position to the people.

Exo 28:3 Speak to all the craftsmen to whom I have given the Spirit of Wisdom, and have them make Aharon's garments to set him apart for me, so that he can serve me in the office of Cohen. – The Spirit of YAHVEH, the Spirit of Wisdom, and Understanding is the first three anointing to be release is a believer’s life. Those who we choose to work in the ministry must be at least 4 years in building their Menorah. Lev 19:23 And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised: three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of. 24 But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise YAHVEH withal. 25 And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am YAHVEH your EL.  - A person should not be used to do any work in the Assembly, until they have atleast experience five Passover.

The garments describe here are also visible world. The construction, or the material used to make these garment, symbolize the spiritual character each ministry should embodied in the application of the ministry.

Exo 28:4  The garments they are to make are these: a breastplate, a ritual vest, a robe, a checkered tunic, a turban and a sash. They are to make holy garments for your brother Aharon and his sons, so that he can serve me in the office of Cohen. This verse lists six of the Kohen Gadol’s eight garments. Those that are omitted are the breeches, because they were worn for modesty, rather than as a visible garment of honor. and the gold Head-plate, because it was not a garment, but a symbol of holiness.

There were similarities between the Robe, and the Tunic, except that the robe was an outer garment open on the side, it also had sleeves. The tunic was worn directly on the skin.

The tunic was knitted in such a way that there were box-like indentations in the material, which looked like the settings of jewels.

Exo 28:5 they are to use gold; blue, purple and scarlet yarn; and fine linen. The artisans were to take the gold; blue, purple, and red yarn; and fine linen. The best of the Best to do their work. Since everything in the Tabernacle is visible words, Gold is symbolic of the Shechinah glory, Blue means heavenly character, purple defines royalty; scarlet or red epict the color of blood, and linen portray our righteousness. The one on whom the Holy Spirit come and sit permanently will be the Messiyah, He will manifest Heavenly character, in the His Royal Priesthood after the order of Melchizedek, He will shed His Blood to secure the righteousness of the people. One would not have thought that this verse is describing the Messiyah or the Order of Melchedeck.

Exo 28:6  They are to make the Ephod  vest of gold, of blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and of finely woven linen, crafted by a skilled artisan. – The ornate yarn from which the ephod was woven consisted of five different materials. Six strands of turquoise wool and one of gold were twisted together to make a seven strand thread. The same was done for all three colors, to make a thread of twenty-eight strands, from which the Ephod was woven. The weave was such that there were different designs on the both surface of the material.

Exo 28:7 Attached to its front and back edges are to be two shoulder-pieces that can be fastened together. – The shoulder straps shall be attached. This is a form of carrying our Cross. Meaning that who we are in front should be the same as our rear.

Exo 28:8 Its decorated belt is to be of the same workmanship and materials - gold; blue, purple and scarlet yarn; and finely woven linen. – In contrast to the shoulder straps that were sewn to the Ephod, the belt of the Ephod had to be woven as one piece with the Ephod. Rev 1:13  And in the midst of the seven candlesticks  “Menorah” one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden belt. All these visible word speak of the mature sons. Those who will reach spiritual maturity. My friends pray that your righteousness will be made from the same spiritual substance that are describe in theses verses.  Every mature son of the Order of Melchezedik  MUST BE of the same substance “gold; blue, purple and scarlet yarn; and finely woven linen.” The same pattern that Messiyah Yahushua is made of, is the same substance we also must be made off. If we are not made of the same substance we cannot rule and reign with him as Revelation 3:21 describe. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. :22  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Exo 28:9 Take two onyx stones and engrave on them the names of the sons of Yisra'elThe shoulder-pieces were buttoned together with two precious stones set in gold, one on each shoulder, on which were engrave the names of the children of Yisrael. It is the responsibility of the High Priest “Messiyah” to carry the burden of the Children of Yisrael to ABBA YAHVEH every day.

Exo 28:10 six of their names on one stone and the six remaining names on the other, in the order of their birth. – When the children of Yisrael entered Canaan six tribe was on one mountain and six was on the other mountain.

Exo 28:11  An engraver should engrave the names of the sons of Yisra'el on the two stones as he would engrave a seal. Mount the stones in gold settings, - In allusion to this, Messiyah Yahushua is our High Priest appeared to John girt about the breast with a golden girdle, such was the curious girdle of the ephod, Rev. 1:13. Righteousness is the girdle of the Sons of Righteousness loins (Isa. 11:6), and should be of ours, Eph. 6:14. He is girt with strength for the work of our salvation, and is ready for it.

The government is said to be upon His shoulders (Isa. 9:6), as Aaron had the names of all Yisrael upon his shoulders caved in precious stone. He presents to himself and to His FATHER a glorious church, Eph. 5:27. He has power to support them, interest to recommend them, and it is in Him that they are remembered with honor and favor. He bears them before ABBA YAHVEH for a memorial, in token of His appearing before ABBA YAHVEH as the representative of all Yisrael and an advocate for them.

Exo 28:12 and put the two stones on the shoulder-pieces of the vest as stones calling to mind the sons of Yisra'el. Aharon is to carry their names before EL YAHVEH on his two shoulders as a reminder. – The names of the tribes were engraved on the stones so that EL YAHVEH will see them and recall their righteousness. These two stone were call the Urim and the Turim.

Exo 28:13 You shall make filigree “Mish-bets-aw” settings of gold

Exo 28:14 and two chains of pure gold, twisted like cords; attach the cord-like chains to the squares. – This two brief passage is a bridge between that of the Ephod above and the Chosen, which follows, which tells us what should be done with the setting and chains mentions in these two verses.

Exo 28:15 Make a breastplate for judging. Have it crafted by a skilled artisan; make it like the work of the ritual vest - make it of gold; blue, purple and scarlet yarn; and finely woven linen. - Aaron was to wear on his chest an ornament that was called the breastplate of judgment for two reasons:

1. It atoned for erroneous decisions made by courts of judgment;
2. In itself it provided clear ruling for the nation, as will be described in a later commentary. Made from the same material as the Ephod, it measured one cubit by half a cubit.

Exo 28:16 When folded double it is to be square - a hand-span by a hand-span. - And was folded over in half, forming a pouch, into which a parchment bearing the Ineffable Name of EL YAHVEH was inserted.

Exo 28:17 Put on it settings of stones, four rows of stones: the first row is to be a carnelian, a topaz and an emerald; -  The tribes of Yisrael were recommended to YAH’s favor in twelve precious stones. Some question whether Levi had a precious stone with his name or not. If not, Ephraim and Manasseh were reckoned distinctly, as Jacob had said they should be, and the high priest himself, being head of the tribe of Levi, sufficiently represented that tribe. If there was a stone for Levi, as is intimated by this, that they were engraven according to their birth verse 10, Ephraim and Manasseh were one in Joseph. Aaron was to bear their names for a memorial before ABBA YAHVEH continually, being ordained for men, to represent them.

Carnelian is a clear red chalcedony, often cut as a gem. A topaz is a yellow sapphite, a highly prized Corundum of Ceylon. Emerald is a bright green variety of beryl, which when clear and flawless is one of the most highly valued stone. In the Scripture it is an unidentified precious stone.

Exo 28:18 the second row a green feldspar, a sapphire and a diamond; - The feldspar is one of the group of crystalline rocks-forming materials which consist of silicates of aluminum with potassium, sodium, or calcium. Sapphire is any of the gemstones consisting of corundum of a color other than red, but especially blue. Diamond is a mineral of great hardness and refractive power, consisting  of carbon crystallized in the isometric system under great pressure. When pure it is a valuable gem with a beautiful display of prismatic colors, especially when cut.

Exo 28:19  the third row an orange zircon, an agate and an amethyst; - Orange Zircon is an adamantine, variously colored zirconium silicate. The transparent reddish variety is called hyacinth, is used as a gem, as are also the leaf-green, yellowish, colorless, or smoke variety called jargon. Agate is a variegated waxy quartz or chalcedony, which the colors are usually in bands. It represent a very diminutive person. Amethyst is an violet to purple gemstone consisting of either quartz or corundum. Someone not prone to drunkenness.

Exo 28:20  and the fourth row a beryl, an onyx and a jasper. They are to be mounted in their gold settings. – beryl is a vitreous person, green or emerald green, light-blue, yellow, pink, or white silicate of aluminum and beryllium crystallizing in the hexagonal system. Onyx is a cryptocrystalline variety of quartz consisting of layers of different colors, usually in even planes; a variety of talents. Jasper is impure, opaque, usually red, brown, or yellow variety of quartz, admittingof a high polish and used for vases and other articles.

The three stone represent the tribe with similar character.
Exo 28:21 The stones will correspond to the names of the twelve sons of Yisra'el; they are to be engraved with their names as a seal would be engraved, to represent the twelve tribes. – The face of the Breastplate would be filled with twelve gemstone, each in its own setting, orpersonality type, with the names of the twelve tribes engraved on the stones.

Exo 28:22  "On the breastplate, make two pure gold chains twisted like cords. – A chain is a instrument of connection that binds or to hold in subjection. The instrument that binds Messiyanic believers together in the Holy Spirit, the feminine attribute of the CREATOR.

Exo 28:23 Also for the breastplate, make two gold rings; and put the gold rings on the two ends of the breastplate. – a ring is used for holding or carrying. In this case the ring is used to maintaine the attribute of the Holy Spirit, the breastplate. These two rings represent the the two stone Tables or the Torah.

Exo 28:24  Put the two twisted gold chains in the two rings at the two ends of the breastplate; - The breastplate which contain the 12 stones, or the 12 tribe of Yisrael, must be joined together by the Torah, the two rings and the influence of the Holy Spirit, the two gold chain.

Exo 28:25  attach the other two ends of the twisted chains to the front of the shoulder-pieces of the ritual vest. - These four verses tell us how the breastplate was to be held in place at the top. Two gold rings would be attached to its two upper corners. The gold chains mentioned in verse 14 would be drawn through the rings and attached to the front of the Ephod’s shoulder straps.

Exo 28:26 Make two gold rings and put them on the two ends of the breastplate, at its edge, on the side facing in toward the vest. –

Exo 28:27 Also make two gold rings and attach them low on the front part of the vest's shoulder-pieces, near the join, above the vest's decorated belt. –

Exo 28:28 Then bind the breastplate by its rings to the rings of the vest with a blue cord, so that it can be on the vest's decorated belt, and so that the breastplate won't swing loose from the vest. – The bottom of the breastplate was secured by means of two gold rings attached to its lower, inner flap. Two other rings were attached to the bottom of the ephod’s shoulder straps, at the point where they were sewn onto the belt. The two sets of rings on each were tied together with lengths of turquoise wool cords, so that the Breastplate would remain firmly in place.

Exo 28:29 Aharon will carry the names of the sons of Yisra'el on the breastplate for judging, over his heart, when he enters the Holy Place, as a continual reminder before EL YAHVEH. – Whenever the Kohem Gadol entered the Sanctuary bearing on his breast the names of Jacob’s twelve sons, EL YAHVEH would remember their righteousness and bring blessings upon their offspring in their merit.

Exo 28:30 You are to put the urim and the tumim in the breastplate for judging; they will be over Aharon's heart when he goes into the presence of EL YAHVEH. Thus Aharon will always have the means for making decisions for the people of Yisra'el over his heart when he is in the presence of EL YAHVEH. – The Breastplate was folded in half to form a pouch-like pocket. Into which Moses was to insert a slip of parchment containing the Ineffable Name. This name was called URIM, from the word light, because it would cause individual letters of the tribal names on the breast plate to light up; and the other was called Tumin, from the word Mymita  completeness, because, if read in the proper order, these luminous letter presented complete and true answer to the questions of the national import that the Kohem Gadol would ask of EL YAHVEH.

The knowledge that he bore the names of the welfare of the nations. This suggested that those who bear the responsibility of the people must always pray for those who depend on them, for they cannot succeed without YAHVEH’S help. These two stones were also used to judge between right and wrong. The one on the right would be right the one on the lift would be wrong.

Mat 27:38 Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left. – The one on the right confirms that YAHUSHUA was indeed the Messiyah, while the one on the left made fun of Him.

Mat 26:64 Yahushus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of EL YAHVEH, and coming in the clouds of Heavens.

Mar 12:36 For David himself said by the Holy Spirit, YAHVEH said to Messiyan Yahushua, Sit thou on MY Right Hand, till I make thine enemies Thy footstool.

Exo 28:31  You are to make the robe for the ritual vest entirely of blue. - Aaron was to wear a robe, a full garment, from the neck down to the ground. It is describe as the robe of the ephod, because the Ephod, which was worn over it, to keep it snugs by means of its belt. The robe was made totally of turquoise wool, a color that is reminiscent of Heavens, and which symbolizes YAHVEH’S Heavenly Throne of Glory.
Consequently, like the Breastplate and the Ephod that were worn over it, the robe causes EL YAHVEH to remember His people.

Alternatively, since the robe atoned for the sins of evil speech, its color cause people to reflect on the sea that stayed within its bounds and the Heavenly bodies that never diverge from their assign orbits.

Man, therefore, should surely learn from them and not stray from his Divinely ordained role as a creature who must learn to keep his power of speech pure and holy. The bell that was attach to the hem and rang whenever the Kohen Gadol walked reminded listeners that some kinds of speech should never be heard from believer.

Exo 28:32  It is to have an opening for the head in the middle. Around the opening is to be a border woven like the neck of a coat of mail, so that it won't tear. The neck of the Robe was required to be very sturdy so that it would not tear; in fact if anyone tore it intentionally, he was in violation of the negative commandment in this verse.

Exo 28:33 On its bottom hem make pomegranates of blue, purple and scarlet; and put them all the way around, with gold bells between them all the way around – Hanging all around the hem of the High Priest garments were pomegranate-shaped tassels; and among the Pomegranates were golden bells, each with a ringer. There were seventy-two pomegranates. Hebrew tradition says that, the robe atone for the sins of evil speech, it was appropriate that it reminded the people of tzaraas, the disease that was a penalty for such gossip. Another is the belief that the bell announces the arrival of the High Priest on Yom Kippur, when no one, not even, angels, could be present during the solemn moments when the High Priest sought forgiveness for Yisrael.

Exo 28:34 gold bell, pomegranate, gold bell, pomegranate, all the way around the hem of the robe. – The bells and pomegranate. Hanging all around the Rode’s hem were pomegranate-shaped tassels; and among the pomegranates were golden bells, each with a ringer. There were seventytwo bells and seventytwo pomegranates, alluding to the seventy two possible shades of white that could make someone a metzora.
Since the robe represent our righteousness, it is appropriate that it reminded us of tzaraas, the disease of gossip.

Exo 28:35 Aharon is to wear it when he ministers, and its sound will be heard whenever he enters the Holy Place before EL YAHVEH and when he leaves, so that he won't die. – The purpose of the bell is elucidated in this verse. The sound will be heard when the High Priest enter the Holy Place and when he leaves. Does Yahushua (Jesus) wear these garments? I believe so, for He has to fulfill all the requirement of the Law.

Exo 28:36  "You are to make an ornament of pure gold and engrave on it as on a seal, 'Set apart for EL YAHVEH.' – On his fore head the High Priest (Kohen Gadol) must wear a narrow gold plate, two fingerbreadths wide, upon which were inscribed the words “Holy unto YAHVEH”.
It served to gain Heavenly favor for blood or sacrificial parts that were offered on the Altar in a state of contamination. Thanks to the merit of the Head-plate, such offering would be accepted by EL YAHVEH. The word Holy is a synonym for the Hebrew people, for they are so describe in Jeremiah 2:3 “Yisrael was holiness unto YAHVEH, and the first fruits of his increase: all that devour him shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith YAHVEH.The word YAHVEH imply that the nation is completely devoted in their thinking to Him and His service, and this is sufficient cause for EL YAHVEH to accept offering that would normally be ineligible for placement on the Altar.

Exo 28:37 Fasten it to the turban with a blue cord, on the front of the turban, - The Head-plate was secured to Aaron’s forehead by means of a turquoise cords that were tied together at the back of his head. One of the cords was draped over the Turban that he wore.
The turban was set slightly back on his head so that there would be space between the turban and the Head plate for the tefillin. The Head-plate itself was on his forehead opposite the front of the Turban.

Exo 28:38  over Aharon's forehead. Because Aharon bears the guilt for any errors committed by the people of Yisra'el in consecrating their holy gifts, this ornament is always to be on his forehead, so that he will accept the gifts for EL YAHVEH. – Aaron was a representative of El Yahushua (Jesus Christ) who is our Kohen Gadol, High Priest in Heavens. He bears our guilt for our sins, the error we might commit during our walk to perfection. Our redemption is always will be on His mind when He goes before our Heavenly FATHER on our behalf.

It was impossible for Aaron to wear it at all times, since he was not permitted to wear his vestments when he was not engaged in the service. However, Yahushua is permanently in the presence of EL YAHVEH. The Hebrew tradition holds that the head-plate always performs the function of atonement, even when the Kohem Gadol is not wearing it.

The other tradition holds that it provided atonement only while he wore it, but at those times he was required always to be aware that it was on his head. The above view may be taken homiletically to teach that one may never take holiness for granted; constantly been aware of the prerequisite of its effectiveness.

Exo 28:39  "You are to weave the checkered tunic of fine linen, make a turban of fine linen, and make a belt, the work of a weaver in colors. – You shall make a box like knit. This sort of pattern is known as a basket knit. The boxes were like settings, receptacles for things that were to be place within them. This signified the Kohen Gadol’s constant readiness to receive positive blessings, and influence that would improve the lives of the people He was atoning for.

Exo 28:40  Likewise for Aharon's sons make tunics, sashes and headgear expressing dignity and splendor. – Aaron and his sons wore these physical garments. El Yahushua embodies them in is nature, with the Shechaniah Glory.

Exo 28:41 With them clothe your brother Aharon and his sons. Then anoint them, inaugurate them, and consecrate them, so that they will be able to serve me in the office of Cohen. – For Aaron and his sons to become Kohanim, they had to be inaugurated by Moses. As Part of the vesting ritual, Moses had to first dress them in their vestments and then anoint them. This anointment of ordinary Kohanim did not have to be done ever again; henceforth, their newborn children would automatically be Kohanim simply by virtue of their descent from the priestly family.

Exo 28:42 Also make for them linen shorts reaching from waist to thigh, to cover their bare flesh. – Linen represents righteousness. The basic fundamental requirement of a priest is righteousness, Righteousness means right living, right living is according to the requirement of Torah. This is what you must do; this is what you must not do.

Exo 28:43 Aharon and his sons are to wear them when they go into the tent of meeting and when they approach the altar to minister in the Holy Place, so that they won't incur guilt and die. This is to be a perpetual regulation, both for him and for his descendants. – The garment referred to here, represent our spiritual covering. This requirement was not to be breach. Any performance of the service without them is subject to the Heavenly death penalty.

Chapter 29

The inauguration Ritual. Once the Tabernacle and the priestly vestment were made, the structure and the Kohanim were to be consecrated by means of the ritual describe in this chapter.

The sacrificial service prescribe here was known as the , inauguration or consecration. It was to be performed every day for seven days, beginning on the twenty third of Adar the twelve months, and climax on the 1 of Nissan the first month. During these seven days, exclusively Moses, who had the status of a Kohen Gabol and was garbed in white linen vestments, performed the service.

On the first of Nissan, the Hebrew New Years day, Aaron, and His sons assumed the offices as the Kohanim for life.  This chapter gives the commandments regarding the Consecration; its actual performance and its climax on the first of Nissan as describe in Leviticus chapter 8 – 10.

The elements of the sacrificial service, such as the blood service, the placement of the animal parts on the Altar, and so on, are given in detail in the first seven chapter of Leviticus, and therefore the commentary will not discuss them until then. Rather, I will limit this discussion to the subject exclusive to this chapter.

Exo 29:1  "Here is what ”Matter” you are to do to consecrate them for ministry to me in the office of Cohen. Take one young bull and two rams without defect, - The matter refers to the way, or how or what to do in the entire service. This seemingly superfluous word rbAdAha can also be rendered the word. The word is Torah, meaning instruction on how to approach an Holy Elohim.

In the contents of this chapter, it emphasizes that offering a lone, were insufficient to consecrate the Tabernacle or the Priest, it also need obedience to the word of Moses, his teachings regarding the holiness code must be adhere to, when service is performed in accordance to YAHVEH Will.

The fact that Aaron and his sons required atonement is evidenced by the requirement in verse 10, that they like their fathers must lean their hands on the head of the Sacrificial Bull, who is Yahushua, a ritual that implies confession and atonement for sins.

Exo 29:2 also matzah, matzah cakes mixed with olive oil, and matzah wafers spread with oil - all made from fine wheat flour; - These three types of unleavened bread are describe also in Leviticus, they are ten loves each. All three kinds of bread were unleavened, to symbolize the uncontaminated Word of EL YAHVEH.

The bread were prepared with varying amount of oil, from the unleavened bread that were kneaded with twice as much oil as the unleavened loaves, to the wafers that were kneaded without oil. Referring to the three levels of our spiritual walk; the outer court, the Holy Place and the Holy of Holies. Each bread symbolizes the different food needed in each stage.

Weather we are eating wafers, loaves, or bread, they all must be made from the finest of wheat flour, which is the Word.

Exo 29:3 put them together in a basket, and present them in the basket, along with the bull and the two rams. - A tenth of each kind of unleavened bread were to be place in a basket to be used at various times over the next seven days, with the bulls and the rams.

Exo 29:4  "Bring Aharon and his sons to the entrance of the tent of meeting, and wash them with water. - Aaron and his sons were to be brought to the entrance of the Tabernacle, a the Laver. We must also remember that the Tabernacle is one of the perfect types in the Scripture. It shows us the way to the Holy of Holies, the Throne room. We are all called to be priest unto EL YAHVEH like Aaron’s and his sons. They like us must experience all the Altars of the Tabernacle before they can teach or minister to other about it.

Washing with water is a sanctification process; today we wash ourselves in the Blood and Water that flows from the side of Yahushua. Washing is also a continual process, our hand get dirty several times during the day, we need the washing of the water and the covering of the blood that flow from Yahushua side to sanctify us daily.

Before the garment can be place on us we need sanctification, just like before we change our cloth we usually wash our body. Before we can receive the Shechinah Glory we need to sanctify our body, for the Holy Spirit cannot reside in an unclean body. Leavened bread, human philosophy will contaminate us spiritually.

Exo 29:5 Take the garments, and put on Aharon the tunic, the robe for the ritual vest, the vest itself, and the breastplate. Fasten the vest on him with its belt. – Take the Robe, the symbol of spiritual honor and place then in the order shown in this verse. First the tunic, second the robe, third the vest, forth the breastplate and fifth the belt. Now that the body the flesh was glorified, we will turn to the mind.

Exo 29:6 Put the turban on his head and attach the holy ornament to the turban. The crowning glory was to be the Turban and its accessories. These were for the head the Crowns of sanctity. This refers to the head-plate upon which was engraved Kadosh unto EL YAHVEH. It is remarkable that the Kohem Godal, who had no political or military power is describe as wearing a Crown, while a crown is never mention in the chapter about the Hebrew king.
On the contrary, the king’s would distinguishing his characteristic by the fact he had to write his own Torah scroll and carry it with him where-ever he goes. This teaches us that the source of true power, the crown, is the sanctity of the Kohen Gadol, but the king must derive his value from the Torah.

Exo 29:7 then take the anointing oil, and anoint him by pouring it on his head.Aaron was fully dress when the oil was applied. This is a form of the ascending of the Holy Spirit after perfection was achieved.

Exo 29:8 Bring his sons; put tunics on them; - As Yahushua our Kohim Gadol was the first to be anointed to the Order of Melchezideck, the sons of Aaron is a representation of us, those of us who pay the price and have sanctify ourselves by the Blood of the Lamb. Will be called next.

Exo 29:9  wrap sashes around them, Aharon and his sons; and put the headgear on their heads. The office of Cohen is to be theirs by a permanent regulation. Thus you will consecrate Aharon and his sons. – The term a permanent duties, signify that this position will never be lost. The first thing our Creator made was the Word, everything in His Kingdom must be made according to the constitution of that Kingdom, that constitution is a permanent regulation forever.

Aaron sons, the Priest, were to have a Sash wrap around them, and a headgear place on their head. This headgear symbolizes ruler ship. Revelation 3:21 ‘To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.’ The sons of Aaron are a symbol of the Sons of Elohim, those who will rule and reign with Yahushua “Jesus” as Revelation 3:21 explain.

Exo 29:10  "Bring the young bull to the front of the tent of meeting. Aharon and his sons are to lay their hands on the bull's head, - The bull had been brought before, but now it was brought to the Kohanim for them to lean on it to confess their sins and gain atonement.

The sins of the priesthood were always a young bull, the most expensive of all the sacrifice. Offering serves two purposes, to cover our sins and act as deterrence for further sin. A bull is a very expensive animal, if every time we sin we must bring a bull to the Altar, how long before we would get the picture not to sin.

The problem with my Christian friends is that they think that Jesus paid it all so they do not need to pay anything. Not so! Yahushua (Jesus) paid the price for our death, not the price for out atonement.
The symbol of the bull was also in response to Aaron sin at Mt. Sinai, when he made a golden Calf, this sacrifice means we must sacrifice our fleshly nature.

Exo 29:11 and you are to slaughter the bull in the presence of EL YAHVEH at the entrance to the tent of meeting. – Slaughtering of the bull also mean, we must bring to submission the human nature for EL YAHVEH to see.

Exo 29:12 Take some of the bull's blood, and put it on the horns of the altar with your finger; pour out all the rest of the blood at the base of the altar. – Blood is the sustenance of life. Without the shedding of blood there is no repentance.  Without the presentation of the very substance that maintains life, we cannot be overcomes. What purpose does the Altar and sacrificial system served? The Altars are visible words! They are proclamation of ABBA YAHVEH’S mercies, grace and unconditional love. They are a dialog between our FATHER and us. The very presence of the Altar and Sacrificial system means that ABBA YAHVEH have made provision for sinful man to draw near to HIM, to restore the relationship that has been broken because of the fall of Adam and Eve.

Exo 29:13 Take all the fat that covers the inner organs, the covering of the liver and the two kidneys with their fat, and offer them up in smoke on the altar. – Each organ of the body, plays an important role in its function. We must take all the excess of life and offer them up as a sweet smelling offering unto EL YAHVEH. Only those thing that are need for our survival is necessary, when we achieve a certain level of Spiritual Maturity.

Exo 29:14 But the bull's flesh, skin and dung you are to destroy by fire outside the camp; it is a sin offering. – Ordinarily the only sin offering that had to be burned in its entirety was one whose blood-service was inside the Tabernacle, such as the offering for Yom Kippur. This offering is the only exception to that rule.

This sin offering atoned for Aaron, so that it fell under the category of the bull of the Anointed Kohem (Leviticus 4:3-12), which was completely burned because its blood could not be brought inside because the Curtain itself did not become sacred until the conclusion of the seven day Inauguration service.

This sacrifice allude to Messiyah Yahushua, who died out side of Yerushalem at Calvery.

Exo 29:15 "Take one of the rams: Aharon and his sons are to lay their hands on the ram's head;  - Aaron and his sons, the Mighty Hand of YAHVEH must lay hold of Messiyah.

Exo 29:16 and you are to slaughter the ram, take its blood, and splash it on all sides of the altar. – It is the responsibility of the Mighty Hand to minister the Blood of Messiyah on the various Altar of the Tabernacle. When a mature believer pray using the Blood or Dahm from Messiyah feet, we must apply the Blood on the four side of the Brazen Altar.

Exo 29:17 Quarter the ram, wash the inner organs and the lower parts of the legs, and put them with the quarters and the head. –  The Mighty Hand ministry must be familiar with every aspect of the sacrificial Ram, meaning we must be familiar with every aspect of Messiyah Ministry.

Quartering the ram, means to divide our sacrifice into four parts.
·       Blood from the feet of Messiyah.
·       The Blood and water from His Side.
·       The Blood from His right and left Hand.
·       The Blood form the Crown of Thorn.

Exo 29:18 Then offer up the whole ram in smoke on the altar. It is a burnt offering for EL YAHVEH, a pleasing aroma, an offering made to EL YAHVEH by fire.In our prayers we must include the whole Body of Messiyah as the aroma, the fragrance, but the fact that it went up in smoke on the altar that gives satisfaction to EL YAHVEH, as it were, because it is the testimony that we expressed and obey His Command. Every Altar is a place to draw neer to ABBA YAHVEH, meaning that our soul ascend to a higher spiritual plane of existence.

These Altar are also prof that Yahushua Messiyah is who He says He is. For the bloor that flows from His Feet, His Side, His Left and Right Hand, and His Crown of thorn are all represent by the five Altars in the Tabernacle. These shadow picture of the Altar is seen in the reality of Messiyah Yahushua.

Exo 29:19  "Take the other ram: Aharon and his sons are to lay their hands on the ram's head; - Here we have an example of the two rams, in other example one was killed the other was let go. However in this example both were killed. But notice what was done with the blood of the one that was supposed to be let go. Next verse!

Exo 29:20 and you are to slaughter the ram, take some of its blood, and put it on the lobe of Aharon's right ear, on the lobes of his sons' right ears, on the thumbs of their right hands and on the big toes of their right feet. Take the rest of the blood and splash it on all sides of the altar. – The blood was used to anoint the Right ear, the right thumb, and the right big toe. The general purpose of the Priesthood is to remove from the people their iniquities. Our ears is to listen to their problems, our responsibilities is to assist them in their walk, as we also must walk in the same principles. We are our brother’s keeper.

Through the ear, one hears and understand; through the hand, one acts; through the feet, one moves about. All three is to show that the Kohanim dedicates all three of his faculty to EL YAHVEH service.

Exo 29:21 Then take some of the blood that is on the altar and some of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it on Aharon and his clothing and on his sons and the clothing of his sons with him; so that he and his clothing will be consecrated, and with him his sons and his sons' clothing. – The anointing must be on a person before he can administer the blood. This is critical! Too many persons call themselves Pastors, but do not have the anointing. The application of this principle in the natural, create a spiritual parallel.

Exo 29:22 Also take the fat from the ram, the fat tail, the fat that covers the inner organs, the two kidneys, the fat covering them and the right thigh - for it is a ram of consecration.  – The Hebrew word for a ram of perfection is Messiyah. This ram was divided up equally among the Altar, Moses who preformed the service and the Kohanim who brought the offering. Therefore the offering represented peace among the priesthood, because it provide a share to everyone involved and give a feeling of echad, oneness to all.

Exo 29:23  along with one loaf of bread, one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer from the basket of matzah which is before EL YAHVEH. the priesthood must present one loaf of bread, one cake and one wafer to the people in the presence of EL YAHVEH. Which ever of the three states of maturity, a believer is at; it is the same teaching for the least to the greatest in society. One Torah.

Here in this verse we see the greater understanding of the Torah as premium, the loaf, then the cake, then the wafer.

Exo 29:24  and put it all in the hands of Aharon and his sons. They are to wave them as a wave offering in the presence of EL YAHVEH. – The safe guarding of the Torah must be in the hand of Aaron the Kohim Gadol, the Apostolic Minister of his day. A wave offering is to EL YAHVEH and to the people at the same time. When we wave something it is for everyone to see, its clarity, its pureness, its grander, its perfection must be done in the presence of EL YAHVEH. That means the priesthood must never leave the Presence of EL YAHVEH.
That is why the Blood from Messiyah left hand represent the Torah, and what do we used our hands to do? Wave things!

In his capacity as priest during these seven days, Moses joined the Kohanim in waving these sacrificial parts in all four directions, acknowledging YAHVEH’S mastery everywhere. The whole ceremony was a live rehearsal of the duties of the Priesthood been perform in seven days.

Exo 29:25  Then take them back; and burn them up in smoke on the altar, on top of the burnt offering, to be a pleasing aroma before EL YAHVEH; it is an offering made to EL YAHVEH by fire. – First we have the Burnt offering in verse 18, then the wave offering in verse 24, now the priesthood is told to burn even the wave offering. To offer as a memoral unto ABBA YAHVEH.

Exo 29:26 "Take the breast of the ram for Aharon's consecration, and wave it as a wave offering before EL YAHVEH; it will be your share. – The breast of the consecration offering must be presented as a wave offering.

Exo 29:27 Consecrate the breast of the wave offering and the thigh of any contribution that has been waved and raised up, whether from the ram of consecration, or from anything else meant for Aharon or his sons; - In this verse we see another principle, whatever Aaron or his sons receive, must be presented as a wave offering. The church needs to learn this principle when they take up collection in there churches. See tree of life!!

Exo 29:28 this will belong to Aharon and his sons as their share perpetually deu from the people of Yisra'el - it will be a contribution from the people of Yisra'el from their peace offerings, their contribution to EL YAHVEH. – The upper part of the lamb must be for the Priesthood while the right thigh is offered as a sacrifice.

Exo 29:29  "The holy garments of Aharon will be used by his sons after him; they will be anointed and consecrated in them. – Not the same physical garment, but the same design, the same spiritual covering, the same qualification, the same anointing. The same consecration.

Exo 29:30 The son who becomes Cohen in his place, who comes into the tent of meeting to serve in the Holy Place, is to wear them for seven days. – When our High Priest and Savor, El Yahushua died He spend 3 day in the grave, he spend 40 day teaching His disciples, he return to Heavens on the 43 day and spend 7 day being consecrated as our High Priest. He is now at the right hand of our Father as our Kohen Gadol.

Exo 29:31 Take the ram of consecration, and boil its meat in a holy place. – The ram of consecration must be boil, unlike the Passover lamb, which is roasted. This must be done in a Holy Place.

Exo 29:32 Aharon and his sons will eat the ram's meat and the bread in the basket at the entrance to the tent of meeting. - Aaron and his sons alone will eat the meat with the bread in the basket, not the loaf or the wafers. The wafers are for those who are spiritual babies, and the Loaf is for those who are young men, but bread is for those who are mature Fathers.

Exo 29:33 They who received atonement through them, to inaugurate and consecrate them; no one else may eat this food, because it is holy. – What this verse is saying is that anyone who receives justification, sanctification, atonement inauguration, and consecration from anyone of the priest, that priest alone must eat of the fruit of his labor.

This also means that if I as a believer bring someone to maturity I will reap a reward compatible to my labor. Praise YAHVEH saints.

Exo 29:34 If any of the meat for the consecration or any of the bread remains until morning, burn up what remains; it is not to be eaten, because it is holy. – If any of the meat remains uneaten that day, it must not remain until the next morning, for sufficient is the reward.

The Torah explains why even though a layman may eat from ordinary peace offering, he may not eat from this one. Ordinary peace offering are of a lower degree of sanctity, but the inauguration offering were different. They are holy, meaning that they had a more sacred status, and therefore a layman, a non-Kohen, was not permitted to eat them. From this, we derive that any layman who eats the most holy offering is in violation of a negative commandment.

Exo 29:35 Carry out all these orders I have given you concerning Aharon and his sons. You are to spend seven days consecrating them. – All the principle or orders that ABBA YAHVEH give us are visible words. When we carry them out we are giving life to the Words of the Creator. As believers we must bring life to the Word in our flesh. Going to bible school and getting a degree does not make one a minister of the Gospel. This verse says here that he must be consecrated for seven days. Notice also it says Aaron and his sons, not his daughters. Ladies do you hear this, women are not suppose to be consecrated as Ministers. Messiyah Yahushua had 12 men in his inner circle, even though He had women in His group. Yahushua fulfill this Torah requirement.
Yahushua assended to heaven on the 43 day, 7 days before Pentecost. He had 7 days to completed is consecration as our High piest.

Exo 29:36 Each day, offer a young bull as a sin offering, besides the other offerings of atonement; offer the sin offering on the altar as your atonement for it; then anoint it to consecrate it. - The above ritual was to be repeated every day for seven days. If this were done today, it would help to weed out some of the undesirables in ministry today. Seven day of extreme Holiness would show our true character.

Exo 29:37 Seven days you will make atonement on the altar and consecrate it; thus the altar will be especially holy, and whatever touches the altar will become holy. The Kingdom of the Heavens is about repetition, by repeating an act seven times we become perfect at it.
Whatever touches the Altar? Disqualified sacrificial parts may not be place on the Altar, but in certain case, if they had been put there, they may remain there and be burned. As the phase implies, once anything’s touches the Altar, even though it should not have been there, it shall become sanctified.

The tamid offering. The offering outlined in this section was brought every day of the year by the priesthood, and was totally unrelated to the inauguration ritual. The Torah mentions it here to tell us that it was offered even before the Tabernacle assumed its full sanctity. Moses offered the tamid like the other offerings of the inauguration week, and the Kohanim assumed their responsibility for it on the first of Nissan.

The Tamid morning offering was a festive event in the Temple. As the service proceeds, the Levites accompanied by music, sang the Song of the Day and when the service was over, everyone bowed, even the King, if he is present.

Exo 29:38  "Now this is what you are to offer on the altar: two lambs a year old, regularly, every day.- This is the Blood and Water that flow from the side of Messiyah while He was on the Stake.

Exo 29:39 The one lamb you are to offer in the morning and the other lamb at dusk.- In the morning we must apply the Blood that flows from our Messiyah side, and in the afternoon we wash in the water that flow from His side.
In the morning we must make sure we are under the blood as we go about our daily lives, and in the evening we repent of our sins by washing our hand our work and our feet our walk, removing any spiritual contamination that we may have incure during our daily walk. Messiyah told Peter if I do not wast your feet, your spiritual walk, Peter could not walk with him.
Eze 36:25  Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. 26  A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. 27  And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. At dusk when we wash our selves, we must sprinkle the Living Clean Water upon our Ego to remove our selfish inclination. This must be done before the Holy Spirit can dwells in us. A clean heart is an heart that is free from all selfish desires.

Exo 29:40 With the one lamb offer two quarts of finely ground flour mixed with one quart of oil from pressed olives; along with one quart of wine as a drink offering.Every elevation offering or peace offering, whether communal or private, is accompanied by a meal offering, which is burned completely on the Altar.

The wine is known as libation, and the meal offering is known as the meal offering of the libations.  The prescribe amount of flour, oil, and wine vary according to the species of animal. In the case of the tamid, which is a sheep, there is a tenth – ephod of flour. About 4.5 pound, and a quarter hin 30 fluid ounces each of oil and wine.

These items we must sacrifice, speaks of our prayer at the various Altar of the Tabernacle. This Altar is the Laver, the Blood and Water that flows from Messiyah’s Side. We are to be very grateful when we come to this Altar, we must be grateful that Messiyah provide the Blood and the Water for us to used, that will cover our unrighteousness and remove our sinful nature. This wine is the second cup of wine drank at Passover.

Exo 29:41 the other lambs you are to offer at dusk; do with it as with the morning grain and drink offerings. - it will be a pleasing aroma, an offering made to EL YAHVEH by fire.- This teaches us how to offer up to ABBA YAHVEH the spiritual sacrifices of prayer and praise every day, morning and evening, in humble acknowledgement of our dependence upon HIM and our obligations to HIM. Our daily devotions must be looked upon as the most needful of our daily works and the most pleasant of our daily comforts. Whatever business we have, this must never be omitted, either morning or evening; prayer-time must be kept up as duly as meat-time. The daily sacrifices were as the daily meals in YAH’s house, and therefore they were always attended with bread and wine. Those starve their own souls that keep not up a constant attendance on the throne of grace.

Exo 29:42 Through all your generations this is to be the regular burnt offering at the entrance to the tent of meeting before EL YAHVEH. There is where I will meet with you to speak with you. – This is an ungoing principle for every generation. We cannot aproach a Holy Elohim anyway we think, it must be done HIS way. If we do not approchate ABBA YAHVEH the way HE says, HE will never meet with us.

Exo 29:43 There I will meet with the people of Yisra'el; and the place will be consecrated by my glory. – Each Altar of the Tabernacle starting with the Brazen Altar was design to bring us close to ABBA YAHVEH. When we start to draw near to HIM, beginning with the Brazen Altar, the Blood from Messiyah Feet, the next spiritual Altar is the Laver, the Blood and Water from His Side, in the Holy Place we have the Bloods from His Right and Left Hand, the Menorah and the Altar of Showbread, then finally the Blood from the Crown of Thorns, the Altar of Burn Incense.
The Altar of Burn Incense is the final Altar before the Ark of the Covenant, the very presence of ABBA YAHVEH. We cannot appoach HIM any other way.

Exo 29:44  I will consecrate the tent of meeting and the altar, likewise I will consecrate Aharon and his sons to serve me in the office of Cohen. - That ABBA YAHVEH would establish HIS own institutions, the tabernacle, the altar, the priesthood; HE would take possession of that which was consecrated to HIM. What is sanctified to led believers to the glory of ABBA YAHVEH shall be sanctified by HIS glory. If we do our part by following HIS principle, HE will do HIS, and will mark and fit that for HIMSELF which is in sincerity given up to HIM.

Exo 29:45 Then I will live with the people of Yisra'el and be their Elohim: - EL YAHVEH desire is to rest among His people Yisrael, so He can guide our destiny without recourse to intermediaries. Consequently, Yisrael need not fear the forces of nature, for we are closer to YAHVEH than any natural forces, and because of this, the Hebrew people is eternal. The verse may mean to make us aware that it is not enough for EL YAHVEH to rest, His Presence among us; we must recognize that He is our Elohim and act accordingly. We dare not take His closeness for granted.

Exo 29:46 they will know that I am EL YAHVEH their Elohim, who brought them out of the land of Egypt in order to live with them. I am EL YAHVEH their Elohim.  - This verse repeats that YAHVEH is our ELOHIM, an apparent redundancy. This is to imply that even if our sins cause His presence to depart from us, He remains our Elohim and we remain His people.
When EL YAHVEH dwells among the nations, as represented in the wilderness by the Temple of Meeting at the center of the Children of Yisrael camp. The people will realize that YAHVEH’S purpose was to take them out of Egypt; the world to sanctified us that He could dwell among us.
This shows that YAHVEH rest among us not merely for our benefit, but for His, as it were, because only true Yisrael will bear witness to His omnipresence and greatness.

Chapter 30

The last of the Tabernacle’s vessels is the Altar upon which incense was burn, every morning and evening. It was known as the incense Altar, the Golden Altar and the Inner Altar. The obvious difficulty is why this Altar which is located at the entrance to the Holy of Holies was not mentioned with the Menorah and the Altar of Showbread.

This Altar had a different function from the other Altar found in the Holy Place. As stated in the last verse of the last chapter, the tabernacle provided an appropriate setting for YAHVEH and His Presence. However, His proximity creates the danger that those who do not honor His Presence are subject to the Attribute of Justuce, which would not tolorate their infractions. Such was the case of Nadab and Avihu, who lost their lives when they brought an unbidden, and therefore forbidden, offering.

Therefore, by means of this Altar and the incense service, EL YAHVEH provided a means to shelter the nations from such potential danger. When offered in obedience to YAHVEH’S Commandments, incense has the unique property of being able to quench the fire of Divinely inflicted plague.

Consequently, once the agency of bringing His presence to the Nation was provided, EL YAHVEH now gave Moses the means of protecting the people.

The Incense Altar was different from the other part of the Tabernacle. The Tabernacle structure brought EL YAHVEH’S glory to the Nations and the sacrificial offering created the meeting place of YAHVEH and Yisrael. Once the Tabernacle and its service brought His Presence to Yisrael, the Incense was the prescribe means to welcome the King and show Him honor.

Therefore, because the Incense Altar was necessitated by the successful completion of the entire complex, it is mentioned at the very last.

Exo 30:1You are to make an altar on which to burn incense; make it of acacia-wood. – Like the Altar of Showbread, this Altar was made of Acacia wood covered with gold. The fire on this altar was not hot enough to damage the gold or set the wood on fire. This Altar is also a visible word, a proclamation of ABBA YAHVEH desire from sinful man to approach HIM. The holy fire of ABBA YAHVEH is to refine us Mal 3:3 “And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto YAHVEH an offering in righteousness. ” All burnt offering made at this Altar must be made in righteousness. This Altar make provision for sinful man to approach an Holy Elohim, through the Blood that flow from the Crown of Thorn of Messiyah, and lived. This Altar is where our prase and worship is offered, we are told by Yahushua that our father require that those who worship ABBA YAHVEH must worship HIM in Spirit and in truth, which is righteousness.

Exo 30:2 It is to be one cubit in length and one cubit wide and two cubit height; its horns are to be of one piece with it. - From its square shape a protrusions at its corners are to be molded from the Altar itself, not attached to it.

Exo 30:3 Overlay it with pure gold - its top, all around its sides, and its horns; and put around it a molding of gold. – Like all the Altars in the Holy Place the predominants metal is gold, to reflect the light of the Seven Lights of the Menorah.

Exo 30:4 Make two gold rings for it under its molding at the two corners on both sides; this is where the carrying-poles will go. - This Altar is the only one with two rings instead of four for the Altar of Showbread and the Brazen Altar. Where two is the number separation. Two poles, represent the Spirit and the Word was used to carry this Altar. John 4:23  But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24  YAHVEH is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 14:17  Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Exo 30:5 Make the poles of acacia-wood, and overlay them with gold. – Acacia wood is a representation of humanity with all its flaws. EL YAHVEH want to overlay us with gold that we may offer up to him praises in spirit and in truth.

Exo 30:6  "Place it in front of the curtain by the Ark for the testimony, in front of the Ark-cover that is over the testimony, where I will meet with you. – The door to the Holy of Holies is open by praise and worship. It is the last altar to be experience before entering the Holy of Holies. This altar was place outside the Holy of Holies in the centre of the area which is ten cubits wide.

Exo 30:7 Aharon will burn fragrant incense on it as a pleasing aroma every morning; he is to burn it when he prepares the lamps. – Every morning we must give thanks to ABBA YAHVEH through the Blood that flow from the Crown of Thorns, in the Spirit of Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding.

Exo 30:8 Aharon is also to burn it when he lights the lamps at dusk; this is the regular burning of incense before EL YAHVEH through all your generations.Every evening after we wash our hand and feet we must not forget to give thanks to ABBA YAHVEH through the Blood that flow from the Crown of Thorns, in the Spirit of Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding. Notice the time when we must burn the offering at Sundown and at sunrise.

Exo 30:9 You are not to offer unauthorized incense on it, or a burnt offering or a grain offering; and you are not to pour a drink offering on it. – This Altar of Burnt Incense, cannot be approach any old way. If we approach it other than in the priscribe manner stated in Torah, we are bringing unauthorized incense. An Holy EL, must be worship in an Holy manner. This is an Altar for prase and worship, it is not an Altar to pray for mercy, of to atone for sin. It is strictly for praise and worship. Where the Angels cry Holy, Holy, Holy.

Exo 30:10 Aharon is to make atonement on its horns once a year - with the blood of the sin offering of atonement he is to make atonement for it once a year through all your generations; it is especially holy to EL YAHVEH." 10-20. – On the day of Atonement, on the 10 day of the 7th month, our Messiyah makes atonement for us. This is the day that our spiritual report card is examine by our ABBA YAHVEH and our Mesiyah Yahushua, at the end of our spiritual cycle, the day when the yearly reading of the Torah is completed.

This is a special time when our ABBA and our Messiyah, look at our spiritual growth for the last Torah cycle. What did they accomplish? What struggle did they undergo? How did they grow spiritual. What did they accomplish in their last day of Creation.

Haftarah
Yechezkel “Ezekiel” 43:10-27

Eze 43:10Son of man, explain the House to the house of Yisra’Ä•l, and when they are ashamed of their crookednesses, they shall measure the measurements. In this verse we see that when believers see that pattern, when they see the visible words, they will surely be ashamed of their sins: when they see what mercy ABBA YAHVEH has in store for them through the Tabernacle, which Messiyah gave His Blood in recognization of those principles, notwithstanding their utter unworthiness of it, they will be ashamed to think of their disingenuous conduct towards HIM.

The goodness of ABBA YAHVEH to us should lead us to repentance, especially to a penitential shame. Let them measure the pattern themselves, and see how much it exceeds the former pattern, and guess by that what great things ABBA YAHVEH has in store for them; and surely it will put them out of countenance to think what the desert of their sins was. Let every man study the Tabernacle for themselves in detail. Every beliver should know by heart the physical dimension of the Tabernacle.

Eze 43:11And since they shall be ashamed of all that they did, make known to them the design of the House and its structure, and its exits and its entrances, its entire design and all its laws, and all its forms and all its Torot. And write it down before their eyes, so that they observe its entire design and all its laws, and shall do them. – Today believers if they should study the layout of the Altars of the Tabernacle, we will see that they are layed out in the shape of the Cross, representing the five places where Messiyah Yahushua bleed from. The Tabernacle was design that humanity those who are deff and cannot see, should still be ashamed of their sins, they may in the pattern of the Tabernacle, learn about ABBA YAHVEH plans for humanity. If a person could not see, he or she could still hear the Word.

The Tabernacle of Moses is one of the three perfect pattern in Scripture, the other is Solomon Temple and Messiyah Yahushua. If they be ashamed of all that they have done, upon a general view of the goodness of ABBAY YAHVEH show in the Tabernacle, let them have a more distinct particular account of the Tabernacle or the Temple.

Those that desire to see and know of the goodness of ABBA YAHVEH shall see and know more of it. And then, and not till then, we are qualified for YAH’s favours, when we are truly humbled for our own follies.

"Show them the form of the house; let them see what a stately structure it will be; and withal show them the ordinances and laws of it.’’ With the foresights of our comforts it is fit that we should get the knowledge of our duty; with the privileges of YAH’s house we must acquaint ourselves with the rules of it. Show them these ordinances, that they may keep them and do them.
Therefore, we are made to know our duty, that we may do it, and be blessed in our deed.

He promises that they shall be such as they should be, and then he will be to them such as they would have him to be, verse 7. The house of Yisrael shall no more defile my Holy Name. This is pure gospel. The precept of the law says, You must not defile my name: the grace of the gospel says, You shall not. When we disregard ABBA YAHVEH for Father God, is defileing HIS Name.

Therefore what is required in the covenant is promised in the covenant, Jer. 32:40. 2. Then I will dwell in the midst of them for ever; and the same again verse 9. ABBA YAHVEH has secures to us HIS good-will, to be confirming in us HIS good work. If we do not defile HIS Name, we may be sure that HE will not depart from us. Blessed is the name of ABBA YAHVEH.

Eze 43:12This is the Torah of the House: Upon the mountaintop, all the boundary of it, all around, is most set-apart. See, this is the Torah of the House. – The general law of YAH’s house is laid down in this verse, That, whereas formerly only the chancel, or sanctuary, was most holy, now the whole mountain of the house shall be so; the whole limit thereof, including all the courts and all the chambers, shall be as the most holy place, signifying that in post- Messiyah time, the whole Messiyanic Assembly shall have the privilege of the holy of holies, that of a near access to ABBA YAHVEH.

All believers have now, under the gospel, boldness to enter into the holiest (Heb. 10:19), with this advantage, that whereas the high priest entered in the virtue of the blood of bulls and goats, we enter in the virtue of the blood of Messiyah, and, wherever we are, we have through Him access to ABBA YAHVEH.

Spiritual Yisrael shall be under a mighty obligation to press towards the perfection of holiness, as He who has called us His holy, that all, must now experience the same process to achieve holiness.

Holiness becomes YAH’s house for ever, and in post Messiyah time more than ever. Behold this is the law of the house; let none expect the protection of it that will not submit to this law. That why Christanity have two set of laws, one for the Jews the Old Testament, and one for the Christian the New Testament.

No, my FATHER says the same law for the Jew is the same law for the gentiles. Same path to glory for Adam, same for Messiyah, the same for us today.

Eze 43:13 And these are the measurements of the altar in cubits, that cubit being one cubit and a handbreadth, and the base one cubit high and one cubit wide, with a rim all around its edge of one span. And this is the upper part of the altar. – This relates to the altar in this mystical temple, and that is mystical too; for Messiyah is our High Priest. The Yisraelite, after their return out of captivity, had an altar long before they had a temple, Ezra 3:3. But this was an altar in the temple.

The measurement of the altar, it was 1 cubit square at the top and 2 cubit high; The sacrifices were killed at the Altar spoken of before, ch. 40:39. What was to be burnt on the altar was given up to those on the lower bench, and handed by them to those on the higher, and they laid it on the altar. In the service of ABBA YAHVEH we must be assistant to one another.

Eze 43:14And from the base on the ground to the lower ledge, two cubits, and the width of the ledge one cubit, and from the smaller ledge to the larger ledge four cubits, and the width of the ledge one cubit. – Some version of scripture change cubit to yards, this must not be so. The specifice measurements carries a particular spiritual message.

Eze 43:15 And the altar hearth is four cubits high, and four horns extending upward from the hearth. –  Four is the universal number, meaning that whosoever will may come. The four horns represent spiritual authority.

Eze 43:16And the altar hearth is twelve cubits long, and twelve wide, square at its four corners. –

Eze 43:17And the ledge is fourteen long and fourteen wide on its four sides, with a rim of half a cubit around it, and its base one cubit all around, and its steps face east.” – The Brazen altar in the Tabernacle of Moses was place on a elevated platform. Why was this? This brazen altar must be elevated as a sign that we have faith in the provision that ABBA YAHVEH has made for us to draw near to HIM.

Eze 43:18 And He said to me, “Son of man, thus said the Master יהוה , ‘These are the laws for the altar on the day when it is made, for offering burnt offerings on it, and for sprinkling blood on it. – the purpose of these Altar is ABBA YAHVEH has made away for sinful man to draw near to HIM. There was a specific way in which man must draw near to HIM and lived, this is called the laws for the Altar. The sacrifice of an animal is to signal to ABBA YAHVEH that man was ready to sacrifice his animal nature.

Eze 43:19And you shall give a young bull for a sin offering to the priests, the LÄ•wites, who are of the seed of Tsaḏoq, who approach unto Me,’ declares the Master יהוה . - The ordinances of the ministers for these altar. Directions are here given, concerning the dedication of the altar at first. Today this young bull is the blood that flows from the feet of Messiyah, and Messiyah Yahushua is the High priest.

Eze 43:20And you shall take some of its blood and put it on the four horns of the altar, on the four corners of the ledge, and on the rim around it, and shall cleanse it and make atonement for it. – The dedication of the altar is here called the cleansing and purging of it. Messiyah is our altar, though he had no pollution to be cleansed from, yet sanctified himself (Jn. 17:19); and when we consecrate the altars of our hearts to ABBA YAHVEH, to have the fire of holy love always burning upon them, we must see that they be purified or circumcise and cleansed our heart from the love of the world and the lusts of the flesh.

Eze 43:21And you shall take the bull of the sin offering, and shall burn it in the appointed place of the House, outside the set-apart place. – The application of this sacrifice is in the blood that flow from Messiyah’s feet, it is done in the Outercourt, not in the Holy Place. This is the sacrificeing of the sinfull animal nature, by burning it means that we destroy the influence of the flesh on our life.

Eze 43:22And on the second day you bring a male goat, a perfect one, for a sin offering. And they shall cleanse the altar, as they cleansed it with the bull. This is a daily activity for every believer, as we cleance our human altar, from the lust of the flesh. The altars of the Outercourt are for the cleansing of the sinfull nature, this must be done before we can enter into the Holy Place.

Eze 43:23When you have ended cleansing it, bring a young bull, a perfect one, and a ram from the flock, a perfect one. Today when we bring an sin offering, then we apply the Blood of Messiyah. We do not have to bring the literal young bull, but we must bring the cost of the young bull.

Eze 43:24And you shall bring them before יהוה , and the priests shall throw salt on them and offer them up as a burnt offering to יהוה . - Neither our persons nor our performances can be acceptable to ABBA YAHVEH unless sin be taken away first, and that cannot be taken away but by the blood that flows from Messiyah Feet, which both sanctifies the altar (for Messiyah entered by His own blood, Heb. 9:12) and the gift upon the altar. This is the Altar of confession of sin.
Salt is a substance that preverve thing from decay, meaning when salt is added to the sacrifice it preserve the integrity of the sacrifice.

Eze 43:25Prepare a goat for a sin offering daily for seven days, and prepare a young bull and a ram from the flock, perfect ones.- Seven days were to be spent in the dedication of it, and every day sacrifices were to be offered upon it, and particularly a goat for a sin-offering , besides a young bullock for a sin-offering on the first day, which teaches us in all our religious services to have an eye to Messiyah the great sin-offering.

There were also to be a bullock and a ram offered for a burnt-offering, which was intended purely for the glory of ABBA YAHVEH, to teach us to have an eye to that in all our services; we present ourselves as living sacrifices, and our devotions as spiritual sacrifices, that we and they may be to him for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory.
The seven days of Creation is like a ladder, where the top is connected to the bottom, forming a continues cycle. The Ladder that Yacob “Jacob” saw in his dear is a ladder that has its root in the lower earth and the top in the highest heavens.

Eze 43:26For seven days they shall make atonement for the altar and cleanse it, and ordain it. How they should prepare for this service : They shall consecrate themselves, by experiencing each day of Creation. They shall labor to clense themselves for seven days, in token of the giving up of themselves with their offerings to ABBA YAHVEH and to HIS service. Before we minister to ABBA YAHVEH in holy things we must consecrate ourselves by getting our hands and hearts filled with those things.

It is observable that there are several differences between the rites of dedication here and those which were appointed Ex. 29, to intimate that the ceremonial institutions were mutable things, and the changes in them were earnests of their period in Messiyah.

Eze 43:27 ‘And when these days are completed it shall be, on the eighth day and thereafter, that the priests make your burnt offerings and your peace offerings on the altar, and I shall accept you,’ declares the Master יהוה .” - Concerning the constant use that should be made of it, when it was dedicated: Henceforward the priests shall make their burnt-offerings and peace-offerings upon this altar, for therefore it was sanctified, that it might sanctify the gift that was offered upon it.

How they should speed in it: I will accept you. And if ABBA YAHVEH now accept our works, if our services be pleasing to HIM, it is enough, we need no more. Those that give themselves to ABBA YAHVEH shall be accepted of HIM, their persons first and then their performances, through the Mediator.

When we have completed our seven days of Creation, we will enter into our spiritual eight day. This is the day of new beginning, when all things will become new. This is the purpose of Creation. On this day our Hight Priest will make a special celebration call the marriage feast of the lamb, and it is stated in Revelation, blessed is he who is invited to this feast. This is the acceptance of the believer as the bride of Messiyah.

Brit Chadasha
Phylypsiyah “Philipians” 4:10-20

Php 4:10 And I rejoiced in יהוה  greatly that now at last your concern for me has revived again – though you were concerned, but had no chance. – He excuses their neglect of late. It seems, for some time they had not sent to enquire after him, or sent him any present; but now at the last their care of him flourished again , like a tree in the spring, which seemed that during the winter to be dead.

Now, in fulfillment to the example of his great Master, this example of upbraiding them for their neglect, he makes an excuse for them: Wherein you were also careful, but you lacked opportunity. How could they lack opportunity, if they had been resolved upon it? They might have sent a messenger on purpose.

But the apostle is willing to suppose, in favour of them, that they would have done it if an opportunity had present itself. How contrary is this to the behaviour of many to their friends, by whom neglects which really are excusable are resented very heinously, when Paul excused that which he had reason enough to resent.

He rejoiced greatly in their ego change, because it was an evidence of their affection to him and the success of his ministry among them. When the fruit of their charity abounded towards the apostle, it appeared that the fruit of his ministry was establish among them.

Php 4:11 Not that I speak concerning need, for I have learned to be content in whatever state I am.He takes care to prevent the goship some might make of his taking so much notice of what was sent him. It did not proceed either from discontent and distrust or from covetousness and love of the world.
It did not come from discontent of a selfish nature, or distrust of Providence: Not that I speak in respect of want ; not in respect of any selfish desire or want he felt, nor of any desire he feared. As to the former, Paul was content with the little he had, and that satisfied him; as to the latter, he depended upon the providence of YAHVEH EL  SHADDAI to provide for him from day to day, and that satisfied him: so that he did not speak in respect of want any way.

For I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. We have here an account of Paul’s learning, not that which he got at the feet of Gamaliel, but that which he got at the feet of Messiyah. He had learnt to be content; and that was the lesson he had as much need to learn as most men, considering the hardships and sufferings with which he was exercised.

Php 4:12 I know what it is to be humbled, and I know what it is to have in excess. In any and every situation I have learned both to be filled, and to be hungry, both to have in excess, and to be in need.As a mature believer Paul in this verse says He had learnt to be proactive; and that was the lesson he had as much need to learn as most men, considering the hardships and sufferings with which he was exercised. He was in bonds, and imprisonments, and necessities, often; but in all he had learnt to be content, that is, to bring his mind to his condition, and make the best of it.

I know both how to be abased and I know how to abound. This is a special act of grace, to be proactive and not reactive in every condition of life, and carry an equal temper of mind through all the varieties of our state. To accommodate ourselves to an afflicted condition to know how to be proactive, in hungry, in suffering, so as not to be overcome by the temptations of selfish desire, either to lose our comfort in YAHVEH EL SHADDAI or distrust hHIS providence, or to take any indirect course for our own supply.

Php 4:13 I have strength to do all, through Messiyah1 who empowers me. Footnote: 1John 15:5, 2 Cor. 3:5-6, 2 Cor. 12:9, Eph. 3:20, Philip. 2:13, Heb. 13:20-21, 1 John 4:4. - In a prosperous condition-to know how to be proactive, how to be full, so as not to be proud, or secure, or luxurious. This is as hard a lesson as the other; for the temptations of fulness and prosperity are not less than those of affliction and want. But how must we learn it? I can do all things through Messiyah who strengthens me.

We have need of strength from Messiyah, to enable us to perform not only those duties which a mature believer shoud do, but even those which are the fruit of moral virtue. We need his strength to teach us to be content and proactive in every condition. The apostle had seemed to boast of himself, and of his own strength: I know how to be abased; but here he transfers all the praise to Messiyah. "What do I talk of knowing how to be abased, and how to abound? It is only through Messiyah who strengthens me that I can be proactive, not in my own strength.’

Php 4:14 Yet you did well in sharing in my pressure. –  When our spiritual eyes are open, we are will and able to share with others in both their pleasure and suffering.

Php 4:15 And you know too, Philippians, that in the beginning of the Good News, when I went out from Makedonia, no assembly shared with me concerning giving and receiving, except you only, - The Philippians had their ego refurbish by the Holy Spirit. They were willing to give.

Php 4:16 because, even in Thessalonike you sent for my need, once and twice. – Even when Paul was away from them, they still made it an effort to give. A refurbish ego is one who give for the sake of giving, and also they receive inorder to have to give. Notice it was Paul need that was catered to not his wants.

Php 4:17 Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that is multiplying to your account.Paul is elucidating a Scriptural principle, it is not the gift that he seek, it is not the talents of the believer that he desire to be manifested, he desire to see the fruit of the Spirit.  He desired not so much for his own sake, but theirs: "I desire fruit that may abound to your account, that is, that you may be enabled to make such a good use of your worldly possessions that you may give an account of them with joy.’’ If a person have the gift of speaking, and it is not done in love of the fruit of the spirit, it will not benefit them in their spiritual journey.

Php 4:18 Indeed I have all and more than enough. I have been filled, having received from Epaphroditos what you sent, a sweet-smelling fragrance, an acceptable offering, well-pleasing to Elohim. – It is not with any design to draw more from you, but to encourage you to such an exercise of beneficence as will produce a glorious reward hereafter. "For my part,’’ says he, "I have all, and abound.

What can a man desire more than enough? I do not desire a gift for the gift’s sake, for I have all, and abound.’’ They sent him a small token, and he desired no more; he was not solicitous for a present superfluity, or a future supply: I am full, having received from Epaphroditus the things which were sent by you.

A mature believer, a good man will soon have enough of this world; not only of living in it, but of receiving from it. A covetous worldling, if he has ever so much, would still have more; a mature believer though he has little, has enough.

Php 4:19 And my Elohim shall fill all your need according to His riches in esteem by Messiyah יהושע. - The apostle Paul assures them that ABBA YAHVEH did accept, and would recompense, their kindness to him.

He did accept it: It is an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, well-pleasing to ABBA YAHVEH. Not a sacrifice of atonement, for none makes atonement for sin but Messiyah; but a sacrifice of acknowledgment, and well-pleasing to ABBA YAHVEH.  It was more acceptable to YAHVEH as it was the fruit of their grace than it was to Paul as it was the supply of his want.

With such sacrifices ABBA YAHVEH is well pleased, Heb. 13:16. 2. He would recompense it: But my EL shall supply all your desires according to HIS riches in glory by Messiyah Yahushua.

He does as it were draw a bill upon the exchequer in heaven, and leaves it to ABBA YAHVEH to make them amends for the kindness they had shown him. "He shall do it, not only as your EL, but as my EL, who takes what is done to me as done to himself. You supplied my needs, according to your poverty; and HE shall supply yours, according to his riches.’’ But still it is by Messiyah Yahushua; through Him we have grace to do that which is good, and through Him we must expect the reward of it. Not of debt, but of grace; for the more we do for ABBA YAHVEH the more we are indebted to HIM, because we receive the more from HIM.

Php 4:20 And to our Elohim and FATHER be esteem forever and ever. AmÄ•n. - The apostle concludes the epistle in these verses, with praises to ABBA YAHVEH: Now unto YAHVEH and our ABBA be glory for ever and ever, Amen.  ABBA YAHVEHH is to be considered by us as our Father: Now unto YAHVEH and our ABBA. It is a great condescension and favour in YAHVEH to own the relation of Father to sinners, and allow us to say to HIM, Our Father; and it is a title peculiar to the post Messiyah Prayer.

It is also a great privilege and encouragement to us to consider HIM as our Father, as one so nearly related and who bears so tender an affection towards us. We should look upon YAHVEH, under all our weaknesses and fears, not as a tyrant or an enemy, but as a Father, who is disposed to pity us and help us.

We must ascribe glory to YAHVEH as a Father, the glory of HIS own excellence and of all HIS mercy unto us. We must thankfully own the receipt of all from HIM, and give the praise of all to HIM. And our praise must be constant and perpetual; it must be glory for ever and ever.
